WHERE TO BUY TICKETS:

  • There are a number of ways to buy tickets for the concerts:
    • You can buy e-tickets online from WebTickets. Then, what you need to do is bring your e-tickets to the Kirstenbosch Ticket Office, from the Tuesday before the concert or on the day of the concert. Your barcoded e-ticket will be scanned and you’ll be given the entry tickets.
    • You can book tickets telephonically, from the Tuesday before each concert. You can then stop by and collect those tickets at the ticket office. For telephone bookings, phone 021 761 2866 or 021 799 8782. Note that a R10 administration fee is added for telephone bookings.
    • You can buy tickets directly from the Kirstenbosch Ticket Office, from the Tuesday before each concert.
  • Note, for concerts with a kids zone, entry is free for children under six years old.
  • Tickets for the Carols by Candlelight evenings will be sold at Pick n Pay, not WebTickets.

GREENCAB SHUTTLE SERVICE (NEW):

  • The GreenCab is joining the Kirstenbosch party by offering a shuttle service between Cavendish Square and the Kirstenbosch gardens. For R5 per person, you can get on board and avoid the traffic congestion at the venue. The R5 includes the cost of parking your car at Cavendish Square and this is also a green initiative – proceeds go to a tree-planting project. Book in advance at WebTickets, as seats are limited.
