Goldfish will be rocking St Yves in Camps Bay from Sunday 27 November 2011. That’s when the fifth season of legendary Submerged Sundays parties kicks off and it looks like fans are in for a treat.

For 12 Sundays during Cape Town’s beautiful summer, St Yves Beach Club will host these exclusive Goldfish shows, featuring special guest artists, international guest DJs and other surprise acts. Expect to hear your favourite Goldfish tracks and mixes, with some cool surprises thrown in.

The fishies are back in town after another successful year, which recently got even better after the electronica/dance duo signed a deal with EMI Music Netherlands. After touring worldwide over the last couple of years, it’s no surprise that Goldfish has attracted fans in countries like the Netherlands, Germany, Brazil and the USA.

But Cape Town is where home is and that’s where you can see them live in action during the summer. If you can’t wait for Submerged Sundays to start, then Trinity Nightclub in Green Point is the place to be on 4 November 2011. Goldfish will be performing at the venue, along with supporting DJs Craig Da Sousa and Dino Moran. Tickets for the Trinity show are available from WebTickets and prices range from R80 to R150.

I’ll post information on tickets for Submerged Sundays as soon as I have the details. St Yves Beach Club is located on the Promenade in Victoria Road, Camps Bay.

UPDATE: Tickets for Goldfish Submerged Sundays 2011/2012 are available from WebTickets for R110 each.

With Goldfish Submerged Sundays and other events like the Old Mutual Summer Sunset Concerts at Kirstenbosch, the Mother City is certainly a fun place to be on Sundays in summer. Enjoy!
