567 CapeTalk and BIG Concerts have announced an extra date for the Cape Town leg of the Cliff Richard and The Shadows SA Tour. Tickets are sold out for the first Cape Town show so now you have another chance to see the legends live at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. The extra show is on Wednesday 10 March 2010.

The concerts are part of the 50th anniversary tour, which sees them performing together again after a 20 year break from touring. Cliff Richard first recorded and performed with The Shadows (Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch and Brian Bennett) way back in 1959. Between them they delivered 19 number one hits including Living Doll, Bachelor Boy, Summer Holiday, The Young Ones, Apache and Wonderful Land.

The 2009/2010 Cliff and The Shadows ‘Final Reunion’ World Tour kicked off in the UK in September 2009. Don’t miss this opportunity to see true legends of music in concert. And it’s happening in one of the most beautiful settings in the world, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. Tickets cost R426 each and you can book tickets at Computicket.
