If you’re a fan of Come Dine With Me South Africa, then there’s some good news. The popular reality show will be back on the BBC Entertainment channel on DSTV later this year for another run of 12 episodes. The show will once again be produced by Rapid Blue and will be sponsored by Pick n Pay, in association with Defy Appliances.
The first season of Come Dine With Me South Africa was a massive success with each premiere episode attracting over 100,00 viewers. In total (with repeat episodes), the series reached over 2.5 million DSTV viewers, so it’s no surprise that we have a second season on the way. The Cape Town episodes were particularly entertaining with some stand-out characters and the celebrity special featuring M-Net’s Ashley Hayden, SuperSport’s Neil Andrews, 97.4 Highveld Stereo’s Samantha Cowen and model Shasi Naidoo was a hit as well.
