Bafana Bafana not returning to Cape Town just yet – South Africa vs Colombia: 27 May 2010 – The venue is Soccer City in Johannesburg

[UPDATE:] Many of us may have heard on 567 Cape Talk and through other channels that this match is happening but the SAFA website says it is still to be confirmed – http://www.safa.net/index.php?page=bafana2007schedule – and there’s nothing on Computicket yet. When this match is confirmed and tickets are available I’ll post details. For now, keep checking the SAFA website. Thanks.

[2nd UPDATE:] There was an announcement on 567 Cape Talk this morning that they are still deciding on the venue for this match. It’s not happening at the Cape Town Stadium as was previously mentioned on various channels. Will post details when the details and venue are confirmed. Ps. Thanks to Paul for the update yesterday.

[3rd UPDATE]: Hey everyone, looks like Bafana Bafana won’t be in Cape Town after all for a friendly international against Colombia, as was originally planned. Capetonians will have to hope South Africa qualifies for a quarter final or semi-final, for a possibility of seeing the team play in the Mother City during the World Cup.
