Snow on the Western Cape mountains

The Western Cape is experiencing an icy winter, with snow falling on mountains in the province. If you’re in the Mother City, I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s bitterly cold at the moment.  I was at last night’s soccer match at Cape Town Stadium, which featured Italy and Paraguay and must say that it was very, very cold. Despite the icy weather, the atmosphere and vibe at the stadium was fantastic. Cape Town Stadium is amazing and I can’t wait to go again. Anyway, back to the weather. Have a look at the video below and see some of the snow in the Franschhoek area. And yes, there’s even been some snow falling on Table Mountain. Winter is definitely here! [Thanks Caryn]
