Look out for Shoreline season 2 on SABC3 from 9 September 2012

I am very pleased to see that the brilliant locally produced series Shoreline is back for another season. The new season will be screened on SABC3 on Sunday nights at 18h00, from 9 September 2012.

The first series explored the nearly 3000 kilometres of South African coastline and focused on points of interest, history and archaeology across the vast region. Showcasing geology, paleontology, history, settlement patterns, marine biology and ecology, the series is beautifully filmed and professionally presented. It certainly is one of the best locally produced series I have ever seen and I can’t wait for the new season!
