    Hi Farrah,

I would like for you to advise me of a suitable time to come and have a look at the gym and meet to discuss your fitness goals. We will also chat about healthy eating habits and a few other things in your complimentary assessment.

My gym is in Newlands on the corner of Dean Street and Main road in the Great Westerford building.

A lovely quiet, private gym with a comfortable atmosphere is just the right place to get you started with your fitness routine.

My cell is 079 8544645 or reply tdirectly to my email ptrainrich@gmail.com to book in.

Looking forward to hearing from you. I am available from 5.30am – 7pm Mon-Fri and 7am – 12pm on Saturdays.
