Community Chest Twilight Team Run: 8 December 2009

It’s nearly time for the now legendary Community Chest Twilight Team Run. It’s taking place on Tuesday 8 December 2009. Enter in a team or as an individual and get ready for Cape Town’s ultimate fun run.

The first Community Chest Twilight Run happened back in 1982 and nowadays around 20000 participants crawl, walk or run through the streets of Cape Town in this annual event. Feel free to add to the fun by dressing up in a wacky costume, as many individuals and teams do every year. There’s also a best dressed competition for the best costumes out there. And don’t forget the after-party which is always great fun.

• The fun run starts and finishes at the Grand Parade and the distance is 5km.
• The best dressed competition starts at 17h00 and the run starts at 19h00.
• Entries fees are R150 per team of six (minimum four, maximum six) and R30 per individual entry.
• If you’re interested in a hospitality site (6m x 3m) it’ll cost you R1000.
