With the Summer season of Kirstenbosch concerts coming to an end soon, Capetonians can start looking forward to the 2010 Winter season of Kirstenbosch concerts. The Kirstenbosch Winter concerts take place in the Silver Tree Restaurant with featured bands and artists focusing on unplugged-type performances, perfect for the cosy and relaxed atmosphere at the restaurant and perfect for Sunday evenings in winter.

The Kirstenbosch Winter concerts take place from 9 May 2010 to 10 October 2010. Tickets cost R100 per person, except for the two October concerts (Flat Stanley and Louise Carver), which cost R135 per person. The ticket price includes a welcome drink and a starter from the menu.     Hi, how can one contact the relevant people who book the bands? I know a good marimba bad, it’s a duo of twins and the guys just play so well. Please reply.

    Hi there,

    I think that its time to give new muso’s a chance to showcase there music at Kirstenbosch, every year it’s a lot of the same. There are so many other talented people out there like Guy Buttery,
    Meri Ke, Gary Thomas, etc etc……. all well known very popular muso’s with a large following.

    Hope to see them on the line up this summer!
