Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts: Sundays 22 November 2009 – 4 April 2010

The line-up is here at last. The Old Mutual Summer Sunset Concerts will be taking place at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens from 22 November 2009 – 4 April 2010. Bring your friends, family, a picnic basket and some wine and enjoy the best South African bands and artists in the one of the most amazing open-air venues in the world.

The legendary Johnny Clegg will be opening the 2009-2010 concert season on Sunday 22 November 2009. Tickets are already on sale from www.webtickets.co.za. The prices are R95 each for adults, R85 each for Botanical Society members and R70 each for scholars. Gates open at 15h30 and the concert starts at 17h30. Johnny Clegg and his band always put on a highly entertaining show so don’t miss out.

Could you please let me know when the full program for Kirstenbosch concerts is out. Also anything else of interest on in Cape Town from about 10th to 28th Feb 2010.

I was thinking the same thing. Last year their concert was the fastest selling one of the season. I’m sure a lot of fans were looking forward to seeing them again at Kirstenbosch.
