Blisters for Bread – it’s happening next month – Sunday 30 August to be more specific. It’s for a good cause, it’s fun, it’ll make you feel good as it’s good exercise and it’s a visual treat, taking you along the Sea Point promenade.

Fun walk for a good cause along the Sea Point promenade... sounds good to me.

A fun walk for a good cause along the Sea Point promenade... sounds pretty good to me.

Funds raised from Blisters for Bread entries go to the Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) (http://www NULL.psfa NULL.org NULL.za) providing nutritious meals to hungry school children in the Western Cape.

So let’s have the details. You can enter the 5km, 10km or 20km walk along the Sea Point promenade.  On the day you can enjoy live entertainment, prize give-aways, food and fun for the whole family after the walk at the Green Point track, where the event starts and finishes. There will be refreshment stations and professional medical facilities on the route.
